In accordance with the regulations set by The Egyptian Ministry for Higher Education – Private Universities Council, MUC Refund Policies are as follows:
1. 10% will be deducted, if the students’ legal guardian submits the total withdrawal request before the first official start day of the semester.
2. 50% will be deducted, if the students’ legal guardian submits the total withdrawal request during the first month of the semester.
3. 50% will be deducted, if the students’ legal guardian submits the total withdrawal request in case the Egyptian Male student is accepted in a military academy (Only if the necessary acceptance proving documents are submitted).
4. No refund after the first month of the withdrawal semester is concluded.
5. In all cases, application fee is not refunded.
6. Bus fees are not refunded after the first official start day of the semester.
* Tuition’s refunded amount only applies on the educational fees (i.e. refund amount is not applied on the administrative fees).
** Refunded amount will be issued during a month from the accepted withdrawal request, official submission date & via a bank check.
*** Only the student’s legal guardian can receive the refunded amount, or any person holding an official authenticated Private Power of Attorney issued from the students’ legal guardian.
